These pictures show three 70-foot long production tunnels at a major auto auction facility in Arizona! The tunnels are full downdraft pressurized units, with three 1.0 million BTU air make-up systems on each. This enables the painters to paint and cure up to four vehicles at a time in each booth. Each unit is controlled by a custom designed digital control panel to program cure times and temperatures within the closest of tolerances.

This 40-acre facility is designed for maximum production flow, and these units give them optimal flexibility and versatility to handle the incredible volume. In addition, a customized paint mixing room located adjacent to the production tunnels makes it easy for the painters to have access to paint and supplies to keep everything rolling along smoothly.

Our recent upgrade to robotically controlled machinery has enabled us to quickly manufacture the right spraybooth for the job. Whether it's a single-vehicle spraybooth, or three 70-foot long production tunnels, the same attention is given to high quality precision engineering, technology, and performance.

The aerospace industry demands the highest quality and greatest precision to meet its customers' needs. This production tunnel (above left) is just another example of quality and craftsmanship working in harmony. The 2.2 million BTU air make-up unit is gas fired and designed to provide exact spray temperatures every time. The 1.0 million BTU air make-up unit is a digitally controlled recirculating unit that achieves exact bake temperature rise quickly and efficiently.

This custom unit (above right) is designed to meet the customer's specific size requirements. The 16' x 48' tunnel is separated into two 24' long compartments. This configuration provides two completely separate workspaces for spray and bake operations.

To provide maximum, even air flow, our custom intake baffle system (below left) moves the heated air throughout each compartment equally and proportionally. This provides proper air movement in both spray and bake modes simultaneously and at different temperatures. This baffle system is available as optional equipment on all pressurized automotive units, and comes standard on our new insulated full downdraft booth.

Our new formed steel "J-beam" construction (below right) is stronger and lighter than the conventional "I-beam" construction found on other booths. The J-beams are punched six inches on center, making installation fast, easy, and painless. This J-beam system is standard equipment on our entire line of truck booths.
