Because of our CNC-controlled equipment, we also pre-punch each beam for nut and bolt assembly that precisely dovetails with each and every pre-punched panel. This means superior fit and finish, and rapid erection of your booth.
The Semi-Down draft allows the cleaner air from above the booth to enter the booth through intake filters located in the front ceiling. The fresh filtered air then surrounds the vehicle and is exhausted along with the overspray through exhaust filters located in the rear exhaust plenum.
Our truck booths come standard in 10' increments. But as always at Spray-Tech, your custom design needs and size requirements are part of what makes us an industry leader.
Pressurized Ceiling Air Intake
Like the full ceiling intake plenum, 10 micron blanket intake media is standard, covering the front
portion of the ceiling along with hinged filter holders for easy filter changes.
Rear Exhaust Plenum
Our rear exhaust plenums keep overspray away from your work by allowing the air to exit through
exhaust filters located in "towers" at both sides of the booth.
This configuration allows for even air flow while achieving maximum CFM.
Personnel Door
With ample window design the personnel door can be located on any sidewall and
hinge left or right.
18 Gauge Steel Panels
Our 18 gauge steel panels are precision punched and formed. Accuracy is insured by Computer Aided
Manufacturing (CAM) control of the fabrication process.
All panels are galvanized for corrosion protection. Heavy duty white powder coating is available.
Steel Stiffeners
Our steel stiffeners are engineered to give the booth sturdy construction able to
withstand the added weight of an air make-up system,
pressure plenum, and the rigors of everyday usage, while ensuring ease of installation.
Strategically Located Light Fixtures
Years of experience have gone into the design and placement of our light fixtures.
These units are designed and built by Spray-Tech for the express purpose of spray booth
lighting.
They feature mirrored reflectors for maximum light projection and a one piece outer skin to keep shop dust out, and give the spray booth a clean exterior look.
Main Doors
Our truck booth doors are made from 18 gauge galvanized steel reinforced with heavy steel tubing.
Windows and drive through configurations are also available.
