Because of our CNC-controlled equipment, we also pre-punch each beam for nut and bolt assembly that precisely dovetails with each and every pre-punched panel. This means superior fit and finish, and rapid erection of your booth.
The Front Flow cross draft, or cross flow spray booth is an affordable industry standard. This finishing solution offers value without sacrificing quality. With the front air flow, clean fresh air enters the booth through intake filters located in front doors. The air then surrounds the vehicle removing over spray through exhaust filters located in the plenum at the rear of the booth.
Our truck booths come standard in 10' increments. But as always at Spray-Tech, your custom design needs and size requirements are part of what makes us an industry leader.
Front Flow Doors
These are truck booth doors made from 18 gauge galvanized steel reinforced with heavy steel tubing but incorporate intake filters into the design.
Steel Stiffeners
Our steel stiffeners are engineered to ensure that your booth is sturdy, has a solid feel, and can
withstand the rigors of everyday usage.
Rear Exhaust Plenums
Our rear exhaust plenums contain the exhaust filters that the air
and overspray exit through, ensuring even air flow with maximum CFM.
Personnel Door
With ample window design the personnel door can be located on any sidewall in virtually any position
and can hinge left or right.
Strategically Located Light Fixtures
Years of experience have gone into the design and placement of our light fixtures.
These units are designed and built by Spray-Tech for the express purpose of spray booth
lighting.
They feature mirrored reflectors for maximum light projection and a one piece outer skin to keep shop dust out, and give the spray booth a clean exterior look.
18 Gauge Steel Panels
Our 18 gauge steel panels are precision punched and formed. Accuracy is insured by Computer Aided
Manufacturing (CAM) control of the fabrication process.
All panels are galvanized for corrosion protection. Heavy duty white powder coating is available.
