It's all about efficiency!

One of the most important factors to consider when purchasing a spray booth is the cost of operation. There are two energy costs: electrical usage and fuel consumption of the air make-up system. The maintenance costs include filters, light bulbs, and general wear and tear. Spray-Tech takes this into account when designing systems to ensure that you get the most efficient spray booth set-up available.

On the electrical side there are lights and fan motors. Our lights are high output, yet ultra efficient and use electronic ballasts for fast starts, long life, and low energy consumption. Our fan motors have a variable frequency drive (VFD) available. The VFD eliminates the surge at start-up by modulating the amperage draw gradually, which not only reduces electrical consumption but also reduces wear and tear on the motor and drive components. All of our standard 3-phase motors are high efficient and are covered by EPAct 92.

On the fuel side, Spray-Tech uses Mercury economical direct fired heaters with a range of BTU (British thermal unit) ratings to suit any size booth without overkill.

Filters can be expensive to replace, especially intake filters. Spray-Tech has extended the life of the intake filters with the use of pre-filters.

We have put a lot of time, thought, engineering, and effort into our products to ensure that you get the most efficient products available.
