Full ceiling intake air filters provide uniform airflow throughout the booth cabin, while the central floor exhaust system accelerates over spray away from the vehicle.

Direct Fired heat is instantaneous and highly fuel efficient. Strategically located light fixtures are engineered into the booth cabin to provide uniform color correction cabin illumination. All booth functions are operated and monitored by the Spray-Tech Control System, which can be placed in any convenient area.

Additional features include: electronic filter monitoring, energy saving motor drives, and total system shut down at the end of the cool down cycle.

Direct Fired Heat and Re-Circulating Air Make-up System.
Direct fired heat is up to 20% more efficient than indirect fired heating systems. That is why it is the logical choice for use in a spray booth. Add to that the ability to recirculate 80% of the heated air in the bake cycle and it is easy to save another 30-40% on fuel costs. Strategically Located Light Fixtures
Years of experience have gone into the design and placement of our light fixtures. These units are designed and built by Spray-Tech for the express purpose of spray booth lighting.

They feature mirrored reflectors for maximum light projection and a one piece outer skin to keep shop dust out and give the spray booth a clean exterior look.

Full Ceiling Air Intake
10 micron blanket intake media is standard, covering the entire ceiling along with hinged filter holders for easy filter changes.

Personnel Door
With ample window design the personnel door can be located on any sidewall and hinge left or right.

Insulated Panels
The Premier cabin is made from fully insulated double wall panels that are powder coated white inside and out. This results in lowered energy costs with an easy to maintain, durable finish.

The panels are precision punched and formed. Accuracy is ensured by computer aided manufacturing (CAM) control of the fabrication process. All panels are galvanized for corrosion protection and the heavy duty white powder coating is standard.

This modular construction allows for extended lengths and heights that can be easily customized.

An internal plenum baffle is also standard to ensure smooth and even air flow in the entire spray booth.

Inside Access Lighting
Inside access lighting makes changing the color corrected, 32 Watt, T-8 tubes a breeze.

All inside access lighting means no outside covers. This ensures that shop dust stays outside of the spray booth while giving it a clean exterior look. It can also be located next to a wall if space is a concern.

Central Floor Exhaust System
Floor exhaust filters are industry standard, high capacity disposable media, and are readily replaced for minimum down time.

A two meter wide double row pit comes standard with an upgradeable full filtered floor. The full filtered floor has the option of a basement with internal or external ramps.

The raised basement allows the installation of a full down draft spray booth without the need to dig and install a pit in the building floor.

Tri-Fold Doors
Insulated Tri-Fold Doors are standard on all Thermaire spray booths. The configuration gives you a code compliant man door at each end of the spray booth. Large view windows, adjustable hinges, and explosion venting latches are standard.
