This unit has a heater and re-circulating air make-up system upgrade, a pressure plenum upgrade, and power semi exhaust upgrade to meet the demands of your growing business. This configuration is called the Power Semi-Down draft.

Pressurized Ceiling Air Intake
Like the full ceiling intake plenum, 10 micron blanket intake media is standard, covering the front portion of the ceiling along with hinged filter holders for easy filter changes.

Direct Fired Heat and Re-Circulating Air Make-up System.
Direct fired heat is up to 20% more efficient than indirect fired heating systems. That is why it is the logical choice for use in a spray booth. Add to that the ability to recirculate 80% of the heated air in the bake cycle and it is easy to save another 30-40% on fuel costs. Power-Semi Exhaust
The Power Semi Exhaust features an "N" style filter grid housed inside a tower which makes the air exit low and in the corners at the rear of the booth. This keeps overspray down and away from your work. The tower design and "N" style filter grid allow for the installation of more exhaust media for fewer filter changes, saving you money on maintenance.

Personnel Door
With ample window design the personnel door can be located on any sidewall and hinge left or right.

18 Gauge Steel Panels
Our 18 gauge steel panels are precision punched and formed. Accuracy is insured by Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) control of the fabrication process.

All panels are galvanized for corrosion protection. Heavy duty white powder coating is standard.

Steel Stiffeners
Our steel stiffeners are engineered to give the booth sturdy construction able to withstand the added weight of an air make-up system, pressure plenum, and the rigors of everyday usage, while ensuring ease of installation.

Strategically Located Light Fixtures
Years of experience have gone into the design and placement of our light fixtures. These units are designed and built by Spray-Tech for the express purpose of spray booth lighting.

They feature mirrored reflectors for maximum light projection and a one piece outer skin to keep shop dust out, and give the spray booth a clean exterior look.

Tri-Fold Doors
Insulated Tri-Fold Doors are standard on all Thermaire spray booths. The configuration gives you a code compliant man door at each end of the spray booth. Large view windows, adjustable hinges, and explosion venting latches are standard.
