With the reverse air flow, clean fresh air enters the booth through intake filters located in back wall. The air then surrounds the vehicle removing over spray through exhaust filters located in the twin tower plenum at the front of the booth. The reason this unit is called a "reverse flow" is because it exhausts the air in the front of the booth, not the rear. If the booth draws any contaminants in through the front door area, they immediately go to the exhaust instead of being pulled into the booth cabin.

18 Gauge Steel Panels
Our 18 gauge steel panels are precision punched and formed. Accuracy is insured by Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) control of the fabrication process.

All panels are galvanized for corrosion protection. Heavy duty white powder coating is available.

Rear Intake Filters
The rear intake filters are housed in the rear wall. This wall ensures that your booth has a nice, even air flow and the proper CFM to move the air through the booth.

Strategically Located Light Fixtures
Years of experience have gone into the design and placement of our light fixtures. These units are designed and built by Spray-Tech for the express purpose of spray booth lighting.

They feature mirrored reflectors for maximum light projection and a one piece outer skin to keep shop dust out, and give the spray booth a clean exterior look.

Personnel Door
With ample window design the personnel door can be located on any sidewall and hinge left or right.

Heavy Gauge Steel Supports
These are strategically located to add rigidity to the booth.

Front Exhaust Plenums
Our front exhaust plenums contain towers on either side of the front doors that house the exhaust filters. Air is pulled through the intake filters at the rear of the booth and is exited through the front exhaust plenum.

Standard Barn Doors
These doors feature windows, adjustable hinges, and are powder coated white standard. Insulated Tri-Fold Doors are available.
