The M1 Heater is available in vertical and horizontal mounting configurations. The unit can be located inside or outside. It can sit on the floor, be mounted on the roof, or can be hung from the ceiling of a building. We also have kits available to install heating systems on top of spray booths when floor space is minimal.

The M1 furnace is available in natural gas and propane configurations. It can be used in a fresh air only setup for air makeup applications or in a re-circulating setup for comfort heating or process curing.

1 Million & 1.5 Million BTU Direct Fired Heaters
This is the heart of the M1 system. The furnace is highly efficient, converting over 98% of the fuel into heat for lower gas bills.

Control Panel
Features single, two speed, and multi speed fan controls as well as dual remote booth pressure control.

Variable Frequency Drives (VFD's)
These are used to balance air pressure, extend exhaust motor life, and increase energy savings.

80% Recirculation System
This system further increases fuel efficiency by re-circulating 80% of the heated air back into the booth. The heated air passes through a pre-filter, then the intake filters, keeping your air clean and lowering your fuel costs.

Dampers
Pneumatic or electronically actuated dampers are available for installation in any environment.
